Skip the carrier investigation queue. Every SexNDolls order is already covered by our standard refund & replacement policy — but standard claims follow the carrier's process, and a UPS/TNT investigation alone can take 8–10+ business days. With Priority Shipping Protection we act immediately, on your word, and recover the costs ourselves afterwards.
What is covered
✅ Package lost in transit — not delivered within 30 days (EU/US warehouse stock) or 60 days (made-to-order dolls) from the shipment date: instant reshipment or full refund, no waiting for the carrier file.
✅ Functional transit damage — the product arrives unusable, fractured, bent or crushed: replacement or repair decision within 48h, free return shipping.
✅ Stolen / porch piracy — marked "delivered" but never received: covered with a police report or security footage.
✅ Misdelivery by the courier — sent to a wrong address despite your correct checkout address: reshipment at no cost.
What is not covered
❌ Cosmetic transit marks (scratches, dents, makeup rub-off, box damage) — handled under our standard warranty instead.
❌ Manufacturing defects — always covered by our standard warranty, no protection fee needed.
❌ Customs & carrier processing time within the 30/60-day windows — a delayed package that still arrives is not a loss. We will escalate and track it for you with priority, but transit time itself is not insured.
❌ Incorrect address entered at checkout, or refused/unclaimed deliveries.
How to claim
One message to support is all it takes. Damage: report within 15 days of delivery with photos/video from unboxing (your pre-ship factory photos serve as the condition baseline). Loss/theft/misdelivery: report within 90 days of your order date. Priority response within 48h — guaranteed.
The fee is 2% of your order value, added automatically in your cart when you switch the toggle on. This is a priority-handling service provided directly by SexNDolls.
