Shipping, Customs & Taxes:

• We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all sex dolls.
• There are no hidden fees and no extra charges for USA, UK & EU customers.
• All taxes and customs clearance fees are included in the price and taken care of by us whenever possible.*
• We cannot ship to countries that have strict laws regarding sex dolls. 

*For USA, UK & EU countries, we always pre-pay customs taxes and shipping charges for you. This is included on the displayed price and there are or no additional costs.

*For CAN, NOR, AUS, SE, SA and a few other countries it is not possible to pay import charges upfront. In this case, we are happy to pay up to 50% of the duty (maximum $200 USD) fees with you and also manage the liaison with import customs, so it is stress-free for you. On average, the additional fee is approx $150 total, and in most cases we can give you an estimate of cost prior to purchase. 

Packaging:

• All our sex dolls are delivered in 100% discrete packaging. 
• Sex dolls arrive in a plain brown box with no branding.
• The courier or handler does not know what is in the box.
• We respect your privacy. 
• The contents will be stated on customs declaration as "Mannequin". 

Delivery:

Estimated delivery by product type:

• Stock (USA & EU): 7-14 days — ready to ship from our warehouse.
• Standard (as shown & customized): around 6 weeks — made to order, production on demand (no waste).
• Plush / specialty: 1-5 months — a small niche with a varying production line.

We aim to ship all of our products out as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new doll asap, but please be aware that your doll is hand made and made to order and it takes time to make, even if it is ordered pre-configured (same as photo).

• We use UPS and FedEx for all deliveries worldwide, both couriers provide regular progress & tracking updates so you know your delivery date in advance.
• When you receive your tracking number, you can contact the courier to arrange a suitable day for delivery. 
• You will be issued a tracking number 3 - 4 days after dispatch so you can follow the journey, tracking will also sync with your SexNDolls account. 
• For UPS you can join "My Choice" (free) to schedule a delivery date that suits you. 

Delivery changes:

If you are not able to accept delivery on the day we give you, you can simply change it to another day that suits you better by contacting the courier directly. You will receive details of the courier when your order is processed for shipment. 

We require you to leave your phone number when placing your order, as part of the delivery process, the courier requests your contact phone number.

We do our best to ensure all of our couriers contact you before delivery, although we also advise that you personally contact them when you receive your tracking number. This is to ensure they know your delivery requirements directly from you. 

You won't need us, but we're here to help if you get stuck!

What happens after I order my sex doll?

We can't predict the weather, or how busy the workshop is at the time of your order, or what holidays are on when you purchase... However, the following breakdown should give you a good understanding of the whole ordering process from start to finish. 

Disclaimer: The following timeline is an estimated timeline only and should not be read as a "promise" of delivery times. The following timeline does not account for delays caused by extremely busy periods, holiday seasons including Chinese New Year, and any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

The total average time from order to delivery is around 6 weeks (stock 7-14 days; plush 1-5 months). This can be longer or shorter depending on your location, your choice of doll, the time of year and the manufacturer of your doll.

• Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email immediately with a breakdown of your order details.
• We will manually check your order and ensure all the information and details are correct. If something is missing or seems a bit unusual, we'll get in touch to confirm everything with you. 
• We allow a 24-hour grace period in case you have any last-minute changes. 
• Your order is then passed onto our workshop management and placed in a queue for production.
• When your doll gets to the front of the queue*, the workshop fabricators and artists begin the process of creating your doll. The estimated time for fabrication is 5 - 21 days depending on brand. **
• Once your doll has been completed, our staff carry out a thorough quality control check and photographs are taken of your doll for your approval, these are referred to as factory photos.

• When you are happy with your doll, and any necessary changes have been carried out, your doll is carefully packaged and prepared for dispatch.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number within 3-4 days.
• At this point, your doll has begun the journey to your home and should be with you as soon as possible!  (Average time Express Shipping USA 2-5 days or Free Shipping 15 days. Average time UK/EU Express shipping 5-15 days or free shipping 40-50 days). **
• You will also receive an email containing tips and help for the following: Unboxing / Cleaning Before Use/ User Manual and a few other fun bits n' pieces.
• For more precise timeline, specific to your order, please contact our friendly staff before purchase, and we’ll let you know what timeframes we are currently experiencing.

*Queue times vary depending on manufacturer, model and time of year, ranging from 1 day to 2 weeks+ for very popular, or new release dolls. If you would like an estimate of the queue times for your specific doll, please contact our friendly team before placing your order.

**Some exceptions to production and delivery times include extremely busy periods, holiday seasons (including Chinese New Year), and other unforeseen circumstances. 

Changing or cancelling your order:

You have 24 hours after placing your order to change or cancel it free of charge — just contact us within that window and we will adjust your order or refund it in full.

After 24 hours your doll either goes into production or is reserved and prepared at the warehouse. Changes are then no longer guaranteed, but we will always check what is still possible and look for a fair solution — simply contact us as early as you can.
