Due to holidays, festivities, or unavoidable circumstances, delays may occur during the manufacturing or shipment of the product.
As this is a custom product created just for you, your order may not be canceled for any reason, SALE IS FINAL. If you want to modify, edit or upgrade the order, you have to reach out us in 24 hours from the date and time of purchase in order to request the changes and to see if the changes are possible, extra fees might be charged depending on your request.
Warranty & Damages
1. Due to the nature of this product, it is not possible for us to provide an exchange or refund as there are multiple concerns such as hygiene. Please understand that this is the normal practice within the sex dolls industry.
